Allure Glamour – Return & Refund Policy

At Allure Glamour, we’re committed to ensuring your experience with our products is exceptional. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resellable condition—free of damage, wear, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email us at [support@allureglamour.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

  3. Ship your return with the RA# clearly included inside the package.

Note: Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Items not in original packaging

A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

Shipping Damages & Discrepancies
If your package arrives damaged, note it on the delivery slip and report it within 48 hours. We may need photos to process a replacement or credit. Also, if there’s any mix-up with your order—wrong items, incorrect quantities, etc.—let us know ASAP at info@allureglamour.com or (951)790-2555, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
