As a holistic mom, I’ve come to understand that radiant skin isn’t just about what you put on your face — it’s about how you care for your whole self. Maybe the hardest to manage, stress, from breakouts to dullness and premature aging. Try and make time for breathwork, meditation, grounding, and outside walks (especially hen you're feeling overwhelmed). Take 5–10 minutes a day to calm your nervous system and improve your skin over time.
🌙 9. Prioritize Quality Sleep
Your skin needs 7-9 hours of sleep each night to rest, repair, and regenerate properly. Bedtime routine can be very helpful by adding in a calming tea, screen-free time, freshly washed face, clean pillowcase, and some meditation before bed. It also helps to watch the sunset to help the slow release of your body's natural melatonin to prepare for a restful sleep.
✨ 10. Be Patient & Consistent
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned? There’s no magic fix. Great skin comes from consistent care, not quick fixes. Be patient with your journey and trust that your daily habits are making a difference.
